Dr. Perez is board-certified by the ABPN and has years of experience in her field. She is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Neurological Association, and the Florida Medical Association. 

We currently offer electroencephalogram (EEG), nerve conduction study (NCS), electromyelogram (EMG), epidermal nerve fiber biopsy, and neurocognitive testing. 

Dr. Perez currently sees adult patients only, ages 16 and over. 

Patients can book with insurance or have the option for insurance opt-out/ self pay.

Telehealth visits are available for our patients. Dr. Perez may require an in-person visit if she deems that it is necessary in certain cases.

Our office provides patients with the convenience of therapeutic botox for migraine, spasticity, and movement disorders. Patients may opt to use insurance or self pay for these services. 

Currently, our office provides patients with the convenience of acute pain management with steroid injections, anti-inflammatory injections, and local anesthesia. 

Yes, Dr. Perez uses OnPatient  patient portal to communicate with patients, provide check in forms, online scheduling, and posting of results.
