Dr. Perez is board-certified by the ABPN and has years of experience in her field. She is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Neurological Association, and the Florida Medical Association. 

We currently offer in house laboratory work as well as in house electroencephalograms (EEG). 

Dr. Perez currently sees adult patients only, ages 18 and over. 

Patients can book with insurance or have the option for insurance opt-out/ self pay.

Telehealth visits are available for our patients. Dr. Perez may require an in-person visit if she deems that it is necessary in certain cases.

Our office plans to provide patients with the convenience of therapeutic botox for migraine, spasticity, and movement disorders. Patients may opt to use insurance or self pay for these services. 

Currently, our office provides patients with the convenience of therapeutic botox as well as occipital nerve blocks for headache. Other personalized pain procedures may be performed and can be discussed with Dr. Perez during a consultation. 

Yes, Dr. Perez uses OnPatient  patient portal to communicate with patients, provide check in forms, online scheduling, and posting of results.
